BIOGRAPHY
I'm Isabelle Gosselin, born in 1957, and I create under the artist name GOSSELIN. With a degree in marketing and finance, I worked in advertising until 2020, when I decided to devote myself entirely to my passion for painting.
I began my apprenticeship at Studio Couleur d'art, under the guidance of Richard Morin. This enabled me to work alongside professional artists and develop my own figurative style, playing with color and light.
To take full control of my career as an artist, I also trained as a visual arts entrepreneur. This has enabled me to exhibit in a variety of commercial and business venues, with my latest show at the Marché Bonsecours.
I surround myself with experts and have become a member of Artxterra, which enables me to organize the different aspects of my career and create links with the artistic community.
Since 2021, I've been represented online, notably on Gallea and Singulart, which has helped me increase my visibility. Occasionally, you'll see me at various symposiums or group or solo exhibitions, such as TOAF in Toronto. My website also lets you discover my various collections available through my boutique.
At the same time, I'm working on a project that's particularly close to my heart: Les Enchères de l'Espoir, in collaboration with an associate. Our goal is to help various social causes while encouraging the visual arts community.
ARTISTIC JOURNEY
Art and Nature: An Unforgettable Encounter
In my everyday life, I'm deeply passionate about how art can reveal the hidden beauty of nature. For me, each work is an intimate encounter between creativity and the natural world, a delicate dance that opens windows onto new perspectives.
My aim is to capture this magic and share it, to awaken in each of us a deeper admiration for our environment.
Les Enchères de l'Espoir : A Philanthropic Project
Through my creations and my project Les Enchères de l'Espoir, I hope to forge meaningful links and invite everyone to discover, cherish and support this beautiful encounter between art and nature.
What really moves me is the philanthropic aspect of my work. By highlighting this harmony, I also strive to contribute to causes close to my heart, and to encourage a spirit of generosity and solidarity.
Get involved!
I invite you to explore my works, participate in the auctions and join me in this wonderful adventure. Together, we can celebrate art and nature while supporting initiatives that change lives.
